		<description>Dave this is gorgeous stuff. First heard Jim Hall on I Can&#039;t Get Started on a rather obscure album called 2 Degrees East 3 Degrees West with John Lewis on piano among other stalwarts. This version is very different from that one, but great nonetheless. Just love that song. 

The great version of Summertime you found is from the Jim Hall and Pat Metheny duet album. That&#039;s Pat back there on acoustic rhythm and Jim up front on the lead melody. It&#039;s an incredible album, which I&#039;m proud to own. Talk about two generations of great guitarists!

And what need be said about Wes, Django, and Joe? The monsters of the guitar midway for sure. I was lucky enough to see Joe several times solo in the 80&#039;s and I am thankful for that chance.
